Professional Residential & Commercial Snow Removal

Come work with us!

Seasonal, Temporary, On-Call, Weather Dependent – Can lead to full-time, year-round employment.

Clear winter routes with precision, master your equipment, and take pride in dependable execution when weather conditions are at their worst.

In winter operations, most companies plow snow, but we protect people, property, and peace of mind. As a Plow Truck Operator / Salter, you will operate a Ford Super Duty pickup truck and snow management equipment to keep commercial and residential properties safe and accessible within our service area.

This role is ideal for an operator who works well independently, maintains steady focus during long overnight shifts, and takes pride in doing things right. You will follow established routes, execute thorough site clearing, and complete accurate equipment inspections before and after every shift.

If you value clear expectations, well-maintained machinery, and a structured environment where your practical skills are respected, this position offers a rewarding seasonal opportunity with a clear path toward year-round employment.

What You Will Love About This Role

You will operate top-tier winter equipment, take full ownership of assigned routes, and see the immediate, tangible results of your work on clear, safe properties.

  • Operate dedicated Ford Super Duty pickup trucks, plows, salters, and heavy loading equipment.
  • Work independently with clear, structured route assignments and predictable safety procedures.
  • Experience private recognition for high accuracy, mechanical awareness, and shift reliability.
  • Build specialized technical skills in winter equipment operation, route management, and preventative maintenance.
  • Gain potential access to full-time, year-round employment opportunities based on performance.

You will spend your shifts managing assigned commercial and residential properties, loading salt, conducting thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch using mobile application software.

  • Remains calm, steady, and focused during demanding overnight shifts and blizzard conditions.
  • Respects mechanical equipment, following strict inspection and maintenance routines.
  • Communicates directly and factually with team members and dispatchers.
  • Values a clean driving record, personal accountability, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
