Take ownership of heavy equipment operations and protect industrial commercial and large scale residential properties throughout our service area in demanding winter weather.

In winter operations, many companies clear snow, but we deliver customer confidence and property safety through dependable service. As a Loader Operator, you will operate heavy machinery to clear industrial commercial parking lots, access roads, and driveways; and large scale residential properties across our service areas. You will work independently during active storms and overnight shifts to ensure properties are safe and accessible before normal business hours.

This role requires a balance of operating skills, mechanical awareness, and physical stamina. You will follow assigned routes, complete digital site logs, and perform daily preventive maintenance to keep machinery running reliably shift after shift. If you take pride in operating equipment safely and maintaining high accuracy under tough winter conditions, this position offers a direct outlet for your technical expertise.

Your daily routine involves inspecting your loader, executing assigned snow clearing routes during storm events, loading salt or snow trucks, and submitting accurate digital job reports.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Safe operation of Loaders and snowplow attachments across commercial properties and access roads.
• Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fluid top-offs, greasing, and daily equipment maintenance.
• Maintaining 100% digital documentation accuracy for job completion, equipment checks, and shift hours.
• Communicating clearly and factually with dispatchers and supervisors via mobile devices during active weather events.
• Strictly adhering to site safety protocols, PPE requirements, and visual obstacle checks in low-visibility conditions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience operating Loaders and heavy machinery in snow removal or industrial settings.
• Solid mechanical aptitude for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and preserving machine life.
• Commitment to strict safety standards, maintaining three points of contact, and continuous spatial awareness.
• Flexibility for 24/7 on-call availability, including overnight storm shifts, weekends, and holiday weather events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to reach equipment dispatch locations on schedule.
