In winter operations, most companies plow snow, but we protect people, property, and peace of mind. As a Plow Truck Operator / Salter, you will operate a Ford Super Duty pickup truck and snow management equipment to keep commercial and residential properties safe and accessible within our service area.

This role is ideal for an operator who works well independently, maintains steady focus during long overnight shifts, and takes pride in doing things right. You will follow established routes, execute thorough site clearing, and complete accurate equipment inspections before and after every shift.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Safely operating a Ford Super Duty truck with plow and salter attachments to clear assigned routes on schedule.
• Conducting 100% compliant pre- and post-trip equipment inspections, refueling, and performing basic maintenance.
• Loading salt or sand safely using heavy equipment such as loaders or skid steers as required.
• Documenting completed work, site conditions, and hours accurately using application-based software.
• Adhering strictly to all workplace safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and site-specific protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Proven hands-on experience operating plow trucks, salters, or heavy equipment in active winter conditions.
• Practical mechanical awareness for basic equipment troubleshooting, fluid checks, and minor repairs.
• Strong situational awareness and dedication to safety in low-visibility environments.
• Full 24/7 availability for on-call winter storm response, including extended hours, overnights, and weekends.

• Competitive hourly rate of $25.00–$33.00, based on experience and reliability.
